- Must be 18 years of age -- a 17 year old, who will be 18 by the General Election in November, is allowed to register and vote.
- Must be registered to vote at least 30 days prior to the election
- Anyone with a conviction of any of the following crimes is NOT ALLOWED TO VOTE:
- Arson
- Armed Robbery
- Bigamy
- Bribery
- Embezzlement
- Extortion
- Felony Bad Check
- Felony Shoplifting
- Forgery
- Larceny
- Murder
- Obtaining Money or Goods under False Pretense
- Perjury
- Rape
- Receiving Stolen Property
- Robbery
- Theft
- Timber Larceny
- Unlawful taking of Motor Vehicle
- Statutory Rape
- Carjacking

The Voter Registration Application must be delivered to your Registrar or postmarked (if mailed) at least 30 days prior to the election.
